So, I am having a hard time deciding on which baby girl name I like best. If it is a boy Bob gets to pick so I don't have to worry about it, but if its a girl I get to pick. I have three names picked out, approved by Bob of course, to chose from. I am looking for feedback from friends and family to help me decide. If you can tell me your favorite and maybe why it is your favorite, that would be awesome. So here they are...
1. Elizabeth Rachel - I would call her Lizzie
2. Isabella Faith - I would call her Bella
3. Molly Joy

I vote for Isabella, I like the nickname bella, and it's not a common name.

ReplyDeleteI like Molly best. I also like the name Isabella but I know a kazillion people who have named their kids that. I don't know how you feel about doing popular names. My sister for one, went with Isabella because she loved the name and could have cared less about having it be on the "popular list". As you could probably tell from our kids names though, we tend to go for something different :) But that's just us! The first name and middle name pairings are great!! Good choices!

ReplyDeleteI can't get on board with the "Bella" plan. It just sounds to old-ladyish. Elizabeth is ok, but she may choose a different nickname at some point. I have to vote for the Molly

ReplyDeleteI love both boy's names, again bible based names. Especially Isaiah Daniel ( because it has grandpa's name ) I really am kind of lukewarm about the girl's names, so I vote for a boy to be born! :)
ReplyDeleteWhatever name you choose everyone will love or grow to love! :-) You'll know what name is right for baby #2 when you see him/her. But, I have to say as far as boy names go, I'm slighly biased towards Isaak James as those are both family names on Bob's side. You'd be making some Thiessen's very happy with that one!
ReplyDeletePersonally I like Elizabeth Rachel because it goes best with the last name...I like Rachel Elizabeth even better...Rachel Rabbitt sounds cool! They are all cute names and I agree with Ruth as far as when you see her you will be better able to choose...before Adam was born, I had also picked Eric. When I saw his little face I thought he looked like a little Adam. lol
